I completed my medical assessment a week ago, but I haven’t heard back from them yet.

Since you’ve completed your medical assessment, it may take some time for them to finalize the evaluations and make decisions. It’s not uncommon to wait at least 2 to 4 weeks for an update after the medical assessment. However, if you haven’t heard anything after that period, it might be a good idea to reach out to their HR department for any updates on your application status.
