I haven’t worked at MTC Parklea, but I’ve heard from others who have gone through the recruitment process there. Generally, it can take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months to get through the entire process, including medical assessments and background checks. It varies depending on how many applicants they have and the specific needs of the facility at the time.
