However, the crust turned out to be a bit softer than desired, leading to a slightly less crispy bite. Overall, it was a good representation with room for texture improvement—scoring around 7 out of 10.

New South Wales: This variation leaned towards a fluffier, billowy crust, topped generously with spring onions to evoke the state’s fresh produce.
