I’ve shifted my focus to some local brands like Haigh’s Chocolates – their milk chocolate is fantastic and has a nice creamy texture. Also, I’ve been enjoying Kohoko’s chocolate; it’s a bit different but really delicious for that creamy fix!
For baking, I’ve had great luck with Fisk’s Vanilla Milk Chocolate Melts. They melt beautifully and add a nice sweetness to recipes. If you’re after cocoa powder, Callebeaut’s cocoa is top-notch for baking. Another good option is the Cacao Barry chocolate drops; they have a great flavor and consistency for melting and baking.
