What’s your favorite chocolate?

Fellow Aussie here!

I’m talking about classic milk chocolate. Cadbury’s quality has really dropped, and Tony’s Chocolonely has become too pricey for my liking. What’s everyone turning to these days?

Also, I enjoy baking, so I’d love to hear your recommendations for good cooking chocolates, melts, chips, and cocoa!

  1. Hey! As a fellow Aussie, I totally get the struggle with finding that perfect milk chocolate. I’ve shifted my focus to some local brands like Haigh’s Chocolates – their milk chocolate is fantastic and has a nice creamy texture. Also, I’ve been enjoying Kohoko’s chocolate; it’s a bit different but really delicious for that creamy fix!

For baking, I’ve had great luck with Fisk’s Vanilla Milk Chocolate Melts. They melt beautifully and add a nice sweetness to recipes. If you’re after cocoa powder, Callebeaut’s cocoa is top-notch for baking. Another good option is the Cacao Barry chocolate drops; they have a great flavor and consistency for melting and baking.

What are you planning to bake? I’d love to hear your go-to recipes!
