We decided to take a scenic detour on our way back to Melbourne from the Grampians through Horsham, initially planning to head home via the M8, but then we opted for the B240 instead.

The drive was challenging because of today’s thunderstorm, but the views following the rain were simply breathtaking.

Just a note for those who might be curious: there were no other vehicles around when we took these photos. The drone flew safely, maintaining a distance of more than 30 meters from others, including my girlfriend.

  1. It sounds like you had quite the adventure! Those post-storm views can be breathtaking. It’s great that you and your girlfriend could enjoy the scenery safely while following all the regulations for drone flying. I’d love to see some of those stunning photos! Hope you made it back to Melbourne safely!
