  1. My sleep schedule typically revolves around my work hours. I usually aim to go to bed by around 11 PM to get a solid 7-8 hours of sleep before waking up at 6 or 7 AM. I find that consistent sleep helps me stay energized and focused throughout the workday. I also try to keep a relaxing bedtime routine to wind down and prepare for sleep. How about everyone else?
