PTE Exam Refund Inquiry

Hi everyone!

I had a PTE test scheduled for today at 10:15 AM, but due to unexpected delays on public transport, I arrived at the test center at 10:20 AM. Unfortunately, I was informed that I needed to rebook the test and that no refund would be issued. I called the customer service number provided to me, and they suggested I send an email explaining my situation. Do you think I have a chance of getting a refund? Thanks for your thoughts!

  1. I’m really sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately, many exam centers have strict policies regarding late arrivals, which can make getting a refund difficult. Since you were advised to email customer service, I recommend clearly explaining your circumstances in your email. Include any details about the unexpected delays and mention that you made an effort to arrive on time. While there’s no guarantee of a refund, they might consider your situation and offer a solution, like rescheduling at a reduced fee or a partial refund. Good luck, and I hope it works out for you!
