Nowadays, the accepted standard is to use just one space, and this is widely regarded as definitive.

  1. I was taught to use one space after a full stop, which aligns with modern typographic standards. I completed my schooling in the 2000s, so by then, the shift toward one space had already gained widespread acceptance.
