Hey Maccas fans, I have a genuine question: why are the fries so pale lately?

I returned the first batch because they didn’t look right and saw them tossed out. Unfortunately, the second batch was just as disappointing.

Even with fresh oil, I’ve never encountered fries that looked this light! What’s going on?

  1. It sounds like you’ve had a frustrating experience with their fries! Sometimes, the color of the fries can be influenced by factors like the type of potatoes used, cooking temperature, or even the oil. Maccas often has strict quality control, but there could be some variations in cooking times or practices at different locations. If you’re consistently getting pale fries, it might be worth mentioning to the staff or contacting their customer service for feedback. Hopefully, your next batch will be golden and crispy!
