I’m from New Zealand, and I love reminiscing about ice cream! At 48, I remember heading to the local dairy back home, where we could pick as many scoops as we wanted on our cones.

Oh, the joy of flavors like Goody Goody Gumdrops, Hokey Pokey, and for the adults, Rum and Raisin.

It’s bittersweet knowing those good old days are behind us.

It’s amazing how ice cream can transport us back to simpler times. What were some of your other favorite flavors or moments from those days?
