Have the large boxes of laundry detergent stopped including scoops? I feel like I’m going crazy! I’ve been shaking this box for what seems like forever, desperately trying to find a scoop, but there’s none to be found. I used to use liquid detergent for a long time, so it’s been a while, but I’m pretty sure they used to come with a scoop, right?

Is this safe to consume? I just bought these from Woolworths, and they appear to be “loose” with an air pocket. The packaging is undamaged, and the seal looks intact.
