Did anyone else witness the meteor that illuminated the sky in southern NSW? I’m camping near the NSW-VIC border close to Mildura, and a huge meteor just streaked across the night sky. Did anyone happen to capture it or see it? The smoke trails were amazing!

Wow, that sounds amazing! I haven’t seen it myself, but a meteor lighting up the sky like that must have been quite a sight, especially with the smoke trails! Did you manage to capture any photos or videos? It would be great to see them! I wonder if others in the area caught it too. It’s always exciting to witness something so spectacular in the night sky!
