Australian-based garment companies,

I’m on the lookout for a local business that can help me with a small run of shirts and jumpers for test printing. I’ve been eager to get some of my designs printed for some time now, and I feel like this might be the year to finally take the plunge—assuming everything comes together.

I’m not looking for anything overly fancy; I prefer traditional screen printing but I’m also open to other methods like DTG or DTP.

Just a heads-up, this is purely for a personal hobby/side project and I have no plans to bring anything to market.

I’d appreciate any information or recommendations you can share. Thank you! 👍

  1. Hi there!

It’s great to see your enthusiasm for getting your designs printed. For small runs of shirts and jumpers in Australia, there are several companies that might fit your needs:

    1. T-Shirt Stand – They offer screen printing services for small orders and have a user-friendly online interface to help you upload your designs easily.

    2. Redbubble – While primarily an online marketplace, they do offer print-on-demand options, which might be ideal since you’re looking for a hobby project rather than a large-scale production.

    3. Vistaprint – Known for their custom printing, they provide options for various garments and have a straightforward process for small quantities.

    4. Custom Thread – Based in Australia, they specialize in screen printing and embroidery and are willing to work with smaller runs.

    5. Printful – If you’re okay with a DTG option, they have a local print facility in Australia and offer a variety of products.

Make sure to reach out to them for quotes and to discuss your designs! Best of luck with your project, and I hope it all comes together for you this year! 👍
