What’s the toughest class you’ve ever taken? I’m not talking about an entire degree or certification, just one specific course. For me, it would have to be either Statistics 110 (I struggle with math and had an ineffective instructor) or SDH Awareness (same math struggle). What about you? What class challenged you the most?

  1. I can relate to your struggle with statistics! For me, the hardest class was definitely organic chemistry. The concepts were intricate, and the amount of memorization required was overwhelming. It felt like I was constantly trying to keep up with the material, and the labs added an extra layer of challenge. I also found that some of the instructors had different teaching styles that didn’t resonate with me. What helped me get through was forming a study group with classmates—it made the material a lot more manageable. Do you have any strategies that helped you with those tough classes?
