Is it safe to use? (fridge)
I recently purchased a fridge for my new home, but it looks like the power cable got frayed while I was moving it upstairs. I’m uncertain whether it’s still safe to use or if I should replace it. What do you think?

  1. It’s best to err on the side of caution when it comes to electrical appliances. If the power cable is frayed, there could be a risk of electrical shock or fire. I recommend not using the fridge until the cord is replaced or repaired. It’s usually a good idea to contact a professional electrician to assess the damage or to consider replacing the entire cord if that’s an option. Safety first!
