Wow, that’s quite the surprise! It does look like it could be a heart, but it might also just be a clump of connective tissue or fat. Sometimes these things can get mixed in with the meat during the cooking process. If you’re concerned about it, you might want to reach out to Woolies for more clarification. Either way, definitely an unexpected find during your meal!
