  1. It’s amazing how much prices have skyrocketed lately! I was at the supermarket the other day and saw a loaf of bread for almost $6. I remember when it used to be around $2.50! And don’t even get me started on coffee prices at cafes—$5 for a basic cup is pretty standard now. It feels like everything has this ‘premium’ label slapped on it, even the simplest things.
