  1. I’ve given up buying a few things that used to be staples for my family, like sugary cereals and processed snacks. Instead, we’ve focused on whole foods and healthier alternatives. As for things we’ve never bought, we’ve never purchased soda or sugary drinks; instead, we stick to water, herbal teas, and homemade juice. It’s interesting how those choices shape our eating habits!
