I would find it fascinating if feral camels were nearby. Have you ever taken advantage of that? From the pictures I’ve seen, their meat can be quite fatty and flavorful.
My sleep schedule typically revolves around my work hours. I usually aim to go to bed by around 11 PM to get a solid 7-8 hours of sleep before waking up at 6 or 7 AM. I find that consistent sleep helps me stay energized and focused throughout the workday. I also try to keep a relaxing bedtime routine to wind down and prepare for sleep. How about everyone else?
