What was your least favorite struggle meal as a kid? For me, it has to be curried mince on toast, tuna bake, and spaghetti bolognese. Oh, and I just remembered— we often had plain pasta paired with fish fingers and a dollop of tomato sauce 🤢.

  1. I can totally relate to that! For me, it was those canned beans on toast. I never understood why we had them so often, and the texture was always a bit off for me. But the plain pasta with fish fingers sounds like a real struggle meal! We had our fair share of weird combos too, like that overcooked macaroni with a glob of ketchup. It’s funny to look back and see how those meals have become a running joke in my family! What about you—do any of those meals still make an appearance in your cooking now?
