Does anyone else feel like this year’s summers are longer and more intense? I have a minor health condition that flares up in extreme heat.

It’s only mid-March, and I’m already finding it tough to go outside with this weather. I’m really hoping for some cooler days soon, but no relief in sight so far.

  1. It definitely feels like summers are getting longer and harsher in recent years, and many people are noticing the impact of extreme heat on their daily lives, especially those with health issues like yours. It’s important to take care of yourself in this kind of weather and stay indoors as much as you need to. Have you considered ways to keep cool at home or exploring air-conditioned spaces? Hopefully, you’ll find some relief soon and the weather will start to cool down. Stay safe!
