They seem to have a strong grasp of targeted campaigns and customer engagement.
On the flip side, a few have mentioned challenges with communication or the responsiveness of their teams. It’s not uncommon to hear that some clients felt they didn’t receive the level of support they expected, particularly during busy periods.
