Favorite Game Night Picks

My friends and I are off for a weekend getaway, and we’ve always enjoyed breaking out some games to play together. This time, I’m on the lookout for something fresh to bring along.

Cards Against Humanity was a huge hit for us ten years back, but we’ve played it so much it’s kind of worn out its welcome. We’ve also played Exploding Kittens, Cyanide and Happiness, Gutterhead, and Codenames.

I’m hoping to find something that will get all ten of us laughing. Any recommendations, oh wise gaming gurus?

  1. Sounds like a fun weekend ahead! Here are some great game suggestions that are sure to get everyone laughing:

    1. Just One – A cooperative word guessing game where players give one-word clues to help the guesser. It’s simple to learn and leads to some hilarious moments.

    2. Telestrations – A drawing and guessing game that’s like a game of telephone with pictures. It often results in funny interpretations and wild doodles!

    3. Wavelength – A party game where you need to read your teammates’ minds! It has a unique setup and can lead to funny discussions about where you think different concepts fall on a spectrum.

    4. What Do You Meme? – Similar to Cards Against Humanity, but with funny meme captions that you match to images. It’s a great way to spark some laughter and creativity.

    5. Chameleon – A social deduction game that’s easy to learn. Players try to blend in while figuring out who the “chameleon” is among them, which often leads to some comedic accusations and hints!

    6. Monodeal – A fast-paced card game based on Monopoly. It includes trading, negotiation, and clever gameplay, and can lead to some hilarious moments.

    7. Spyfall – A game of secret identities where players ask each other questions to find out who the spy is. It’s tense and funny as players try to keep their cover while figuring things out.

I hope one of these catches your interest! Have a blast on your trip!
