Is the Outer Great Barrier Reef Worth the Visit? We’re planning a week-long trip over Easter and have an overnight boat adventure around the Whitsundays, including snorkeling. However, I’m wondering
Should we consider exploring and traveling across our incredible country before venturing abroad? Australia’s diverse landscapes offer so much to discover, making it an amazing destination in its own right.
What are some lesser-known Australian traditions or holidays? In my family, we have a special tradition of surfing on Christmas Day!
There are so many delicious desserts from both American and European cuisines that I would love to try!
From American desserts, I’m really curious about trying a classic pecan pie, especially with its sweet and nutty filling. I’ve also heard great things about a rich chocolate chip cookie skillet, which sounds like a fantastic way to enjoy warm cookies straight from the oven. Another American favorite I’d love to taste is a traditional New York cheesecake, known for its creamy texture and rich flavor.
As for European desserts, I’d love to sample a decadent tiramisu from Italy, with its layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cheese. A flaky croissant with chocolate filling from France would be heavenly, too. Lastly, I can’t resist the idea of enjoying a slice of authentic Belgian chocolate mousse, which is said to be incredibly rich and satisfying.
What about everyone else? What are your favorites?
