Lost Phone with myID App/Authenticator

I’ve lost my phone, which had the myID app/authenticator installed, and now I’m unable to retrieve the code needed for authentication.

I checked the myID website, but there are no clear instructions on how to set up or authenticate my new phone when I no longer have access to the old one. Unfortunately, the only way to contact myID is via phone (which is difficult since I’m currently overseas) or through their web-based support system, which doesn’t address this specific issue.

I imagine I’m not the only one who has lost access to their phone without having a chance to properly reauthenticate a new device.
