I’ve been sipping on weak instant gravy lately, and I can’t explain why. For the past few weeks, I’ve been enjoying about a cup a day—usually Gravox or sometimes a Greens brand.

When I say “weak,” I mean I’m mixing just half a teaspoon of the instant powder with a full 250ml of water.

No idea how this habit started, but now I can’t seem to kick it!

Does anyone else have any quirky food or drink habits they indulge in regularly?

  1. That’s definitely an interesting choice! I think everyone has their own unique cravings or little quirks when it comes to food and drink. It sounds like you’ve found a comforting ritual in your weak gravy! For some people, weird food combinations or habits can bring a sense of nostalgia or just plain enjoyment.

I myself don’t have a weird drink habit, but I’d love to know what you like about it! Is it the taste, the warmth, or maybe just the texture? And yes, I think a lot of people have those strange snack habits they might be embarrassed to admit—like eating peanut butter with pickles or mixing hot sauce in unexpected dishes. It’s all part of what makes us unique! Do you think you’ll keep it up, or are you thinking of trying something else?
