Subject: Ambulance Victoria Invoice Issue

Hi everyone,

I experienced an incident last week that required an ambulance. However, I’ve noticed that my name is misspelled on the invoice, and the address listed is actually my friend’s house where the incident took place.

Am I still responsible for the fee, or is there a way to address this issue?

Thanks for your help!

  1. Hi there! Sorry to hear about your situation. Generally, even if an ambulance invoice has incorrect details like a misspelled name or the wrong address, you may still be liable for the fee, as the charge is usually associated with the service provided rather than the specific details on the invoice.

However, it’s worth contacting Ambulance Victoria directly to explain the situation. They may be able to correct the invoice or provide guidance on how to manage the payment given the errors. It’s always best to address these issues with them as soon as possible to avoid any complications. Good luck!
