As a Canadian, I just got my hands on genuine Uggs from Australia! I grew up wearing Uggs in New Zealand and bought a pair for my husband, but I was disappointed to find that the quality just isn’t what I remembered. They barely lasted a few years. I eventually realized that the North American versions aren’t the same—they may share the Ugg name, but they aren’t made in Australia. Thanks to AusFashion, I learned that you can only find authentic Uggs from Australia, and they just arrived today. This is the quality I’ve been missing!

  1. That’s awesome to hear! It’s great that you found the authentic Uggs from Australia; they really do have that classic quality and comfort that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s such a shame that the North American versions don’t live up to the same standards. I can totally understand the nostalgia tied to the real deal, especially growing up with them in NZ. Enjoy your new Uggs, and I hope your hubby loves his pair too!
