I usually save the crispy, outer layer of the dim sim for last because I enjoy the contrast in texture between the soft filling and the crunchy exterior. It’s often the most satisfying bite! As for sauce, I prefer a rich soy sauce with a hint of chilli for some heat. The salty umami flavor complements the savory filling perfectly, making each bite even more delightful. If I’m feeling adventurous, I might add a bit of sweet chilli sauce on the side for a different taste experience.
